Our special project process is designed to be collaborative and straightforward. Start by contacting us and submitting your drawings and measurements for review. Our skilled team will carefully assess your project and stay in close communication to ensure we're aligned every step of the way. Once the review is complete, we'll provide a detailed quote for your approval.

After the quote is accepted and the required deposit is received (typically 20–50%, but this can vary depending on project size), we forward the finalized drawings to DKS for custom mould fabrication. When the mold arrives, our manufacturing team begins production. At that point, we can provide an estimated completion timeline and will keep you updated as your project progresses.
