About Us

Planes Precast Concrete Limited is an independent Canadian company originally established in the 1950’s. It was purchased by the Best Family in 1987. The company operates on 25 acres with 3 production plants and inventory storage buildings. The head office is located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and has another office and Precast manufacturing facility in Prescott, Ontario.

Planes Precast Concrete is divided into four divisions:

Hard Products

Paving slabs,
retaining walls,
interlock paving stones
and Natural stone

Package Products

Concrete (stone), sand, mortar mixes, cements, concrete patch & repair, specialty sand & aggregates and custom drying and packaging.

Precast Products

Tanks, Steps, Well Tile, Traffic Barriers and custom precast products as well as architectural precast for buildings.

Transport Division

boom trucks to deliver products to customers throughout Ontario, Northern New York and Pennsylvania.

The sister company, Bestcrete Limited, manufactures and supplies Mobile-Mix and Ready-Mix concrete in the Kingston region. Placement/Finishing is available if required to the home builder, contractors, local government and private individuals. It also markets insulated concrete forms. Planes Precast Concrete has memberships and involvement in various professional associations to maintain its high standard of quality in its products.
