We are proud to say that we have been part of many custom precast projects in Kingston and surrounding areas from Kanata to Picton and Peterborough. We partner with DKS Design Inc.—a family-owned, CWB-certified custom metal fabrication firm based in Kingston, Ontario, with over a decade of precision engineering expertise. They manufacture our steel moulds for special-order precast projects, delivering high quality and exacting craftsmanship. Partnering with DKS allows us to support a skilled local business while ensuring our customers receive reliable, Canadian-made solutions projects, ensuring high quality, exacting tolerances and reliable build-to-print craftsmanship.

Our special project process is designed to be collaborative and straightforward. Start by contacting us and submitting your drawings and measurements for review. Our skilled team will carefully assess your project and stay in close communication to ensure we’re aligned every step of the way. Once the review is complete, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval.

After the quote is accepted and the required deposit is received (typically 20–50%, but this can vary depending on project size), we forward the finalized drawings to DKS for custom mould fabrication. When the mold arrives, our manufacturing team begins production. At that point, we can provide an estimated completion timeline and will keep you updated as your project progresses.
